Rabbit Suite · for Aras Innovator
The Enterprise Delivery Platform for Aras Innovator
Aras Delivery That Doesn’t Depend on Who’s Staffed
Two studios, built for Aras and nothing else. Predictable implementations before go-live. A platform people actually use after it.

Why Rabbit exists
The Same Problems Kept Coming Back
Run enough Aras programmes and you stop being surprised. The same utilities get rebuilt. The same configuration drift turns up at cutover. The same performance problems appear three months after go-live, when the remedy is architectural rather than a tuning change. At some point, solving them once became cheaper than solving them again. That is all Rabbit is — the work we stopped repeating.
What Rabbit solves
Ten Problems We Stopped Accepting
| What goes wrong | What changes |
|---|---|
| Every project rebuilds the same utilities. | The extensions almost every customer makes already exist as configuration patterns. |
| Nobody can say what is different between two environments. | Configuration-level comparison, environment against environment, before deployment. |
| Package import fails part-way and leaves a half-applied system. | Dependency-correct packages, so imports do not strand you between two states. |
| Changes ship without regression testing because it is manual. | Automated coverage across forms, workflows, methods and permissions. |
| Customisation makes the next upgrade an unknown quantity. | Distance from vanilla inventoried, so an upgrade can be scoped before it starts. |
| Performance is fine in test and poor in production. | Validated against realistic volume before go-live, analysed down to the query afterwards. |
| Large structures slow to a crawl. | Structure and traversal performance measured where depth actually hurts. |
| Nobody can answer whether PLM is being used. | Usage measured by role and by feature, so adoption is evidence rather than anecdote. |
| Who can see what is a question nobody answers confidently. | Composed permissions inspected and reported, not inferred. |
| Approvals stall whenever one person is away. | Delegation handled by the user, not by an administrator. |
What changes on a Rabbit programme
Four Things Are Different, and They Are Measurable
Faster delivery
Configuration patterns, packaging and deployment utilities that already exist. The first sprint starts on a working foundation instead of an empty database.
Higher quality
Configuration and code checked against Aras rules before they reach an environment, and regression coverage that survives the next change.
Better adoption
Search, bulk edit and guidance built for people who are in Aras all day, plus learning that appears at the task rather than six months earlier.
Better operations
Performance analysed down to the query and the method, permissions inspected, usage measured. The platform gets managed rather than defended.
How Rabbit works
One Platform. Two Studios.
Rabbit Implementation Studio covers everything up to go-live. Rabbit User Adoption Studio covers everything after it. Most partners productise the first half and sell a support contract for the second. We needed both.

What runs through both studios
Four Things Are Built In, Not Bolted On
AI where the work happens
Assistants that draft solution structures, review code and answer everyday questions inside Aras. Not a separate product to buy.
Performance as a discipline
Tested against realistic volume before deployment. Analysed continuously afterwards, down to the method and the query.
Operational visibility
Adoption, platform health and usage measured — so “is it working” has an answer with numbers behind it.
Engineering standards
Enforced by tooling rather than by review, which is why they still hold when the team changes.
Every Aras customer has four options
Rabbit, or One of the Alternatives
Building it yourself is a reasonable choice, and sometimes the right one. It is worth knowing what each option costs you in year three.
| Build it in-house | Your integrator builds it | Generic tooling | Rabbit | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who maintains it | Your team, if the person who wrote it is still there | Them, while the contract runs | The vendor, for the generic part | Us, as a product with a roadmap |
| Fit to Aras | Exact — you built it for your model | Good | Partial. Understands code, not item types or lifecycle permissions | Built only for Aras |
| At the next upgrade | Unknown until you are inside it | Renegotiated | Vendor’s schedule, not yours | Covered before you ask |
| On the next project | Starts again | Starts again, billed again | Carries over | Carries over, improved |
| What it costs the second time | The same as the first | The same as the first | Licence only | Licence only |
| Where it is strongest | Genuinely unusual requirements | One-off scope you fully control | Cross-platform standardisation | Everything Aras customers have in common |

In production today
Running in Enterprise Aras Environments
Rabbit runs on enterprise Aras programmes today — across implementation and the years after go-live.
Programme shape, platform scale, and outcomes are shared under NDA and named once each customer confirms — no logos and no invented figures here until they do.

Rabbit Is Our Answer to the Variance
Aras is a good platform. What gets built on it, and what happens to it afterwards, is the part that varies. Rabbit is how we make that part predictable.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
No. Rabbit is built for Aras Innovator and would not function elsewhere. Beyond Aras, our Data Migration and Integration Frameworks work across platforms, and the Test Automation Suite also covers 3DEXPERIENCE.
Rabbit is licensed as a product and can be used by your own team or by another partner. Most customers meet it during an engagement, but it is not conditional on one.
Upgrade coverage is our responsibility as the vendor. That is one of the practical differences from a utility built for your programme, which becomes your problem at every release.
The Delivery System is how we run programmes on any PLM platform. Rabbit is that system productised on Aras — the same discipline, turned into software.
Yes. Most customers implementing for the first time start with Rabbit Implementation Studio; customers already live usually start with Rabbit User Adoption Studio.
Yes. Products are documented and supported for customer teams and for other Aras partners.
